"I am a frequent customer at DSW in the West Fairlawn Plaza and I am so embarrassed and disappointed in my experience for today. After purchasing 5 pair of shoes online, then another pair in the store. I get home to see that the crocs I purchased for my son for online pickup still had the store buzzer on them. Out of inconvenience I had to run back to the store because my son is due to go out of town today and I wanted to be sure he had his crocs. When I got to the store I ran in with just the bag and shoes left my wallet in the car because I was pressed for time. I told one for the sales associates upfront what happened and she proceeded to take the buzzer off when another sales associate came up to me asking me if I had a receipt then told me she needed to look up my order before they could take the buzzer off which was left on by them. After looking up my order number she then says “okay I see you purchased 5 pair of shoes correct?” Yes I was annoyed and upset because after they made me wait to look up the order their was not sorry for the inconvenience not even an explanation for why they had to embarrass and make it like I had stolen the shoes and tried to bring them back to have the store tag taken off. I was very much dissatisfied with how I was treated."
"Meghan the manager in Fairlawn is an awful and snarky person. No help and is condescending. Faith is the only good person at that store."
"I had a $30 off $49 or more coupon and after perusing the website I thought I would check them out (because hey, $20 kicks!). Nothing. This shoe store has a very wide selection within certain brands, and some of them are well below typical retail prices, but I have yet to find anything I want or need, and many of their clearance items cost $100 or more (compared to between $65-$80 on the main floor)."
"This is a HUGE shoe warehouse that has any kind of footwear you can imagine. They also sell purses, bags, socks and belts. They always have a large selection of clearance items as well. They do have enough staff n the store to help you and direct you and answer questions. The employees are friendly and helpful too."
