The sales associate named Cristian helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was patient with me while I looked for what I wanted. Cristian helped me order shoes online and double checked my size to make sure he was getting exactly what I needed."

There was a sales associate named Cristian and he helped me for probably an hour and I thought he was eventually going to start getting frustrated and he had a smile on his face from start to finish.
