"They have a lot of affordable items, but the customer service is extremely slow at the cash register! The employee was on the phone with her earpiece in while, ringing up a line full of customers. I stood in the line longer than it took me to shop, for my items. It’s ridiculous I honestly will not be coming back to this location because this happens every time I shop here in the hood.. and their shopping carts are extremely small!!! so you are forced to get smaller/less items than what you came for SMH……"

"My first time ever going to a roses store yesterday(this one) at first I like the store there's a lot of products it's clean decent but then I purchase something that must have been a defect in where it came from because the size on the inside of the pack of what I bought is not the size on what it says on the outside of the pack and I can't even take it back because I don't have my receipt but the fact remains I shouldn't have to take it back. It just wasn't right from the get-go and something told me not to shop in that store. I don't like these little fake ass dollar stores because they don't be selling real products. They be selling low budget of the original that you'll find in Walmart, target, etc.... Their products just isn't right so don't waste your money"
