"I have been a patient of Dr. Khalil for about four years. I think he is very professional and educated and he has helped me treat a few medical issues that could have become a serious problem for me without his help. I have gotten last minute appointments on a few occasions and there is usually a short wait time. I also sent him a referral and he was very happy with the care he received as well. I would highly recommend this doctor."
"Very unprofessional. His office loses specimens, makes patients wait weeks for medication and does not return calls. My wife is soon to switch to another doctor because of the most recent situation in which they lost her specimen and never called her for follow-up. Weeks later upon repeated calls about this, they supposedly called in a prescription to a pharmacy. The pharmacy never received it. The doctor indifferently said "see a stat care" because we are out of town. Don't even try to contact them on a weekend, because they use this little run around system in which you talk to phone service people only."
"I've never had a bad experience at this practice. The nurses and medical assistants are great, and Dr. Khalil seems to take a real interest in my health, taking the time to educate me and involving me in the decision-making process. Whenever I request a refill, it is sent to my pharmacy almost immediately. I've never had trouble getting an appointment, and was always made to feel like a valued customer."
