"extremely unprofessional! got here at 9 pm on a saturday, the sign and website clearly says they close at 10 pm. called 2 times and their response was “we were slow so our owner told us to close early” after driving 20 minutes and wasting all of that time, ridiculous!"
"The absolute slowest drive through in the history of drive thrus. Not just once or twice, but EVERY time. Ask anyone in Huron, they'll say the same. Great food though."
"After placing my order, it was rang up wrong- leaving me no choice but to prevent myself from spending extra money at the restaurant. The ice machine was empty. I got my meal and there was little to no gravy in an extra container, in which I had paid extra for. 3 out of the 6 of my chicken tenders were half the size of normal tenders, not to mention I was supposed to get 8 (as I ordered a side of 2 tenders previously) when I only ever received 6. 2 stars because the food has been edible the past few times yet service time is awful."
"Arie I hope I spelled it right went out of her way to help me do a very special order for my daughter. She took her time had all the right answers and said Christen who is the decorator was the best and will not dissapoint! This was all last minute and she made it happen!! Very professional and definitely a people person. The crew held it down and took orders while she had me pull up and came out to my car with clipboard in HAND!! HOW AWESOME WAS THAT!! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD FOR THIS DARIY QUEEN AND THE CREW!!! I will add photos upon pick up."
"We visited this DQ on our way to Cleveland after stopping at a little beach for a few hours. I love DQ - had a grilled cheese sandwich and a cotton candy blizzard. Service was fast and the store was clean. The employees were nice."
