"Dr. Dy is great. The staff is not. My interactions with the staff have varied from cold and uncaring to downright rude and accusatory. Appointments often do not run on time. No cell service in the waiting room, so you can't even make good use of the wait time."

"I went here for a annual physical exam which is covered as preventative care under my insurance and they coded that visit as a new patient visit which is not covered. I had to pay for lab work + the actual visit itself. I've moved many times in the past and had to get my annual check up done at a practice I've never visited before, but this is the first time I had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered. Actual visit went well, but billing practices are not patient friendly. They should at least tell potential patients their billing policy ahead of time so people can make an educated decision when booking their annual checkup."

"Saw Doc Jennifer Dy. I was there for a yearly physical and blood work. After she asked many questions, understandably so, and which I answered honestly, she claimed that I must have multiple diseases, based on my answers, blood pressure/weight/height, and a visual inspection of me. I asked if she was sure of her thoughts and she said absolutely. Some of the issues I'd have to deal with the rest of my life and there were no cures for. She then ordered to take extra blood to confirm I had these issues, but she has seen this scenario many times and based on my demographic and our area with her analysis she knew I had these infections/ diseases. I await a call that she got my results to make a third visit. I was called, and made the appointment. I figured she especially had to see me anyway so she could then issue all the meds and everything else she was telling me I'd need. Deep down, I hoped I was ok, but knew a professional telling me differently meant I was probably doomed. For the results visit, Jennifer comes in with a clipboard. The results... let's get this over with... "You're totally fine, you tested negative on x, y, z, your cholesterol is good your..." "Wait... doc, but you said I had x, y, and z, and the tests were to confirm it, but they are negative?" "I never said that. I just said I want to test you for these things." So I push her "no, you said this was a issue I had and you knew I had based on the facts at hand, and after the test confirmed it you were gonna prescribe meds." She kept denying it. A nurse was in the room with her this time, that wasn't last time, so maybe she didn't want to look like an idiot in front of her. As I calm and she continues to go over the results she goes "well, a false negative is very possible with this disease, so there's a good chance you may still have it." "Test me again. If it comes back negative twice, then I'd probably be good, right?" She didn't want to. I explained to clear my mind (which had been rattled the last few weeks) I want retested, she still refused, again, noting earlier, I may still have it, but it just wouldn't be worth the cost to retest. I also feel getting a second negative would really hurt her credibility as well, another reason she refused to retest me. After this fiasco, I still felt, based of the false negative scenario she described (she is a doctor after all), that I had to get tested again even though she didn't want to. So I found an independent lab that does bloodwork. I tested an additional 2 times there, coming up negative both times, for a total of 3 negatives. I felt relieved, and like I could live my life like I had before I met Jennifer. I contemplated making an appointment with Jennifer so I could show her the results and express my frustration, but I didn't think paying her, to ultimately not listen to me (as she didn't before), was worthwhile. Overall, I would rate Jennifer a below average doctor, as she makes inaccurate diagnosises, seems interested in having many tests done on you (money money), plants fear in her patients instead of calming them (especially without confirmation), and doesn't acknowledge when she is wrong or makes a mistake, claiming the patient is a liar. Maybe other doctors in the organization are worth their weight in salt but Jennifer does not seem to be."

"I made an appointment for a wellness check. I saw Dr. Dy. She asked me a lot of questions and pried into my medical history, which I assumed was normal since I was a new patient. I answered her questions, but did not ask her for any treatment. She did not code this appointment to my insurance until 2 month's later, which she did as a preventative wellness visit that is covered by my insurance. However, 5 days later she changed my wellness visit to a sick visit, because she said we "discussed" medical problems, which is not covered by insurance. My history of prescriptions, prescribed by my OBGYN and migraine meds I haven't taken in a year since I only ever had two migraines in my life constitutes as a sick visit! All this information I would not have brought up if she wouldn't have kept asking. She took advantage of me. The billing office tried to help, but informed me that Dr. Dy refused to change my appointment back to a preventative wellness exam. Dr. Dy scammed me."
