"Nabil Madhun gave me many wrong diagnosis and info. I confirmed from getting a 2nd opinion. I especially do not recommend if you are female as he said I wasnt thru menopause (because Im young) but I clearly am. The office was the other issue. The rudeness and lack of caring and communication was beyond horrible. Its been over a year and I got a bill because the receptionist didnt scan my updated Ins card. Billing is saying I never gave it. Absolutely absurd. Telling me its my problem now. Biller said she knew I had a Medicare care management, yet NO contact or anything in over a year from this office."

"Dr Madhun has an awesome reputation. But his front office staff and whoever answers the phones (I think it is the same girl) are awful! Rude. Condescending. Abrasive. I am seriously looking for a new doctor simply because of the atmosphere at this practice. It's a shame."

"Dr Nibal Madhun was extremely unprofessional in my last visit. He had taken me off of my thyroid medication the previous year, without really explaining why. It surprised me because half of my thyroid is gone from surgery, and they told me I needed to be on medication for life. In my last visit he told me that all of my problems (weight gain, hair falling out, dry skin, heart palpitations, tiredness, etc,) were all due to my age (28) and sleep schedule. He then proceeded to tell me that my thyroid blood work was shown as normal, even though the report said "low." He said that when it shows it's low that it means that it is working properly. When bringing up my issues like how much weight I had gained in a year he responded with "holy cow" and told me that it was because of my age. Then said my hair and skin issues were because I had Covid previously, even though the issues started before I had covid. Overall he was completely unprofessional and refused to put me back on Levothyroxine. I ended up going to get a second opinion from a doctor at southwest. She really listened and understood my frustration. After more blood work she found that I was indeed hypothyroid and put me back on my medication."

"I'm sure Dr's Madhun are wonderful. But the office staff has lived up to the reputation of being terrible. I waited a month to get someone to call me to make an apt. When they finally did I still couldn't make the apt. I had to fax my labs over first. So I did. I tried calling to see if they received them but they could not be bothered to go check the fax. I will be calling another provider."
