"Didn't used to have a problem with this office but they have been fumbling the ball I was giving them benefit of the doubt but it took a week to fill a prescription(after phone calls to the Dr's office and pharmacy with no explanation as to why they still weren't in.) and I was told my referrals would be in by 10 days. I called in after 10 days and they still weren't submitted. Really shouldn't have to chase this kind of stuff down. Was also told several times over the course of this that if there were any issues with my prescriptions I would revive a call. Never got any. Only call I received was when they filled them. And that was again, a week after my appointment and several days of inquiries."
