"Greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Very friendly & helpful. Found my boots in 5minutes and was out of there in 10, just the way I like it lol."
"I was in the store today 1-21-24 helping my son purchase a pair of shoes and asked the associate for the other shoe so he could try them both on and walk around. She was very nasty and rude about having to get the other shoe. Then she brings us one shoe and did not bring the other one back to us. When asked where it was, she told me to go get up and find it. It was on a chair where she had left it. I believe her name was Arie. Have never had this kind of encounter at shoe Carnival always love going shopping there."
"Only seem to sell smaller sizes. I figure size 10 and up they only get a couple of pairs. I usually just go there , pick out a pair of shoes I like ( of course they never have my size) then order them online from somewhere else cheaper. FYI all women don’t have small feet. From the small sizes I see continually sitting leftover on your selves you should be aware of that by now."
"This location lacks variety in colors, the choices for women shoes are black, brown, grey, cream, NO PINK, NO PURPLES, NO GREEN, BLUE NOR RED. I was shocked what their management received for winter 2024. I left without making a purchase, it was sad what's selling there. There is a Mall across the street. I HAD BETTER LUCK AT THE MALL ACROSS THE STREET. The prices at this location are too high for the outdated brands they carry."
