"Horrible customer service and don’t care attitude, they made us wait for more than 30mins and still failed to generate a receipt for our purchase. The lady in this store lacks customer service attitude, she literally told us “You can give bad feedback, that’s fine”. Had to leave the store without a receipt. "Boom Baby!! Don’t go to Phantom Fireworks unless you know what you want. There’s so much cool explosive items in here that you almost want to do a little research first. Couldn’t scan the QR codes on some of these so ended up asking for help. All the workers and the security guards were awesome. Really cool place."
