"I feel like I’m getting the best health care possible. Dr Beers and his staff are willing to invest the time to understand and explain my health challenges. They take the time to communicate about my condition, so that I understand the treatment and they understand my concerns. Always friendly staff."

"Stay away from this office. Tanner who answers phones is unbelievably rude. Dr. Tacang is dismissive and sly. I Cried during every appointment. I was referred by my primary care doctor and after blood work, Dr. Tacang ordered MRIs. He kept saying over and over again that "only your right side hurts" when I corrected him 10 times that it is both sides. He dismissed my symptoms and the severity of them. This is difficult as it is because I already don't like going to the doctor. After scans came back normal and he noted we could discuss in my next appointment, I called and asked if there was a point to be having a next appt. He still wanted me to keep my appointment. The appointment came around and he said there "are no next steps". So not only was this appointment a waste of time, it cost me $280. It is all about the money for this guy. It is apparent it is about the number of appointments instead of actual patient care. Extremely disappointed that St. E has a doctor like this. This entire waste of time and a couple of appointment cost me $1100."

"Had an appointment at 3:00. My papers I received in the mail for a new patient said 3:00. The lady who called me the day before said 3:00. I waited 3 months for an appointment here. Drove from Cincinnati, sat in 1.5 hours of traffic, paid a baby sitter for my 4 kids, got there to check in as I was 5 minutes late (they have a 15 minute grace period)... the receptionist said my appointment actually started at 2:45. She called the doctor to let me know I was there and the doctor said (yes I could hear) “No, absolutely not” and hung the phone up. I waited 3 months, not including the years I’ve waited to be recommended to a rheumatologist, for an appointment just to have a doctor yell absolutely not and hang the phone up, after I was told and given the wrong appointment time not once, not twice but 3 times. So I’m thankful in the long run I didn’t waste my time here as obviously your doctors have no patient first mentality and I probably wouldn’t have been listened to anyway. I will never recommend this practice to anyone, and every person I talk to that needs a rheumatologist for these painful silent diseases I will make known to absolutely avoid here at all costs."

"The receptionist was amazing! Dr. Tacang on the other hand was dismissive, presumptuous, and condescending. I have never felt more on the defense with a doctor in my life. I had such high expectations for my appointment, but my experience fell short of those expectations. To say I am disappointed with the care, or rather lack thereof, that I received would be an understatement. He talked at me and then sent me for hand x-rays, which are not even applicable to the issues I'm experiencing. I waited MONTHS for an appointment at this office. Just to be blown off and talked at like I was aloof and illiterate. I will be contacting the site manager, as well as sending a letter to the board. It is beyond me how someone so severely lacking compassion is a MD."
