"Worst experience ever I bought my kids shoes on line for the first time and It was a headache..I showed up to get the shoes and when I opened the boxes neither one of these shoes looked new they both were scratched up and dirty as if someone wore the shoes and returned them a week later. Now I know that people do stuff like this everyday but that's why they should check the shoes before someone brings them back and not try and sell them again The Lady was a heavy set with hair long hair and the other one was tall and skinny and seem as she just started the heavy set lady tried to make it seem as if I was lying and had a bad attitude The other lady was very nice and calm she even said that they looked like they were used and returned but the heavy set lady wasn't trying to hear anything she said the shoes weren't scratched up and dirty she even tried to clean the shoes and she failed at both because they both had scratches and mark.. eventually I was tired of going back and forth and I requested a refund but she told me that I couldn't get a refund and offered me to pick some more shoes out in the store. I picked out another pair of shoes and the shoes I picked were much better and cleaner the heavy set lady had a attitude as if I shouldn't of checked my bag and checked on the shoes...Never again dirty shoes nasty attitude I'll stick to the Nike store"
"There are lots of shoe options available for both adults and children. Employees are present but not particularly helpful. I did not see them except when entering and paying/exiting, with them at the check outs. I don't believe I've ever been asked if I need assistance while shopping there. Despite that, I've still been able to get good shoes for my kids there."
