"Helpful service, but like any store, DO NOT let them tell you they can order you a pair of shoes online. I've been waiting over a week for an express shipment, only to find out the shoes are out of stock at every store. On top of that inconvenience, the refund process takes longer than 2-4 weeks. Do not recommend Journeys. In-store tax is absolutely way overpriced too, you're better off just buying from a different store."
"Was there yesterday 7/1 looking for shoes with my husband when a man working there harassed us the whole time. Made comments about my husband's weight said he can be "in the porkchop division" or the military all bc his shirt he had on... wouldn't let us look even without being there to run his mouth. Made comments about "tickling pickles"... absolutely the worst I felt in a store in years. Avoid eastgate mall journey at all cost. I may have no got him name but he had black short hair, scruffy short beard and glasses and obviously a skinnier guy that wants to pick on people about size... watch for your kids too going in there because all of that was said in front of other customers children as well."

"As ALWAYS I was treated like garbage. I had to lace my own shoebto try it on, then had to take them back to the kid to get a smaller size. Only to have to lace those up.I did buy the second pair. So i literally sat there and laced up BOTH without the kid even offering to help.Thats 3 total...(Do they owe me a paycheck for all my hard work??) And I'll clarify.. NO, He wasnt busy. He was just standing at the counter watching the people as they passed. I will NOT spend another dime in Journeys on their severely overpriced merchandise. And their customer service....smh. Just dont even bother."
