"Don't waste your time here unless you don't need any customer assistance whatsoever and they just have what your looking for online in store pickup but its filthy and I lost eye contact with three different employees I was trying to get for assistance. They literally would shift they're sight and change direction working extremely hard to not work. Home depot and any other major business around there have more employees working hard to avoid working like nothing I've seen anywhere else."

"I went to this Shoe Carnival to buy a pair of sandals after my husband told me it even existed--I had no idea we had a dedicated shoe store in Western Hills. The parking lot was clean and so was the store (although the clearance sections in the back were a little chaotic). I would have liked a wider selection--so much of the store is taken up by name brand tennis shoes, which leaves little else for sandals, heels, boots, etc. I found a pair that would do, but they were so expensive ($35 on clearance for a flat, leatherless sandal). I tried to find other options but sandals aren't the most attractive shoe and some of them were even more (around $50 on clearance). I decided on the $35 pair because I really needed them and have struggled to find anything else for weeks. My husband checked out men's shoes, but they were all too expensive to consider for now (all $55+). Our cashier, Lindsey, didn't greet us at first (I greeted her), but she ended up being friendly so it seems she's just shy. She did catch that my shoes were two different sizes, and then they had three employees searching the store for the matching shoe in my size (found it in the back). I'm grateful for their search! Overall, I went here because I had tried everywhere else. While I did leave with a pair of sandals, I'm not completely satisfied because I'm anxious about them lasting me a few years to justify the (clearance!) price. It has been about ten years since I last bought a shoe like this, so perhaps it's just inflation. Nevertheless, it was a so-so experience."

"Always have great shoes but need more sizes in woman's 9 1/2 customer service was fair they seem to wanna get away with helping customers every time I asked a question it was well that's all we have...he never went to look in the back for nothing. Lazy customer service but great shoes for a great price."
