"I have always had good experiences at this location. My husband and I visited to find tuxes for him and his groomsman for our wedding last February. We originally tried the Florence location, but were appalled at the lack of customer service and decided to try here instead. Much much better! We were greeted and helped by a soft-spoken woman and a friendly but sarcastic man (both in their late 20s to early 30s). They helped us figure out what we wanted and helped my husband with his clothes, taking measurements and making sure everything was right. We had a truly pleasant time talking and laughing with them as we worked everything out. My husband's second experience was getting fitted for his brother's wedding about a month ago. I wasn't with him that time, but he said it went pretty smoothly. Third experience was this past week, dropping by to make sure the tux fit him correctly and taking it home with us for the wedding next week. The lady working there greeted us and quickly got everything ready for my husband to try on. Everything fit well and she offered to steam the suit coat for us, which we gladly agreed to. It was a pretty quick visit, but good overall."

"Worst experience ever. Apparently from the reviews this company does not care about customer experience. Throughout my entire time Tina was rude, unappropriate, unprofessional, and very loud. She complained about her co worker who abandoned her and how she cursed her out before she left. She made remarks about not wanting to work with a young girl and how she was going to quit. This lady needs to be let go immediately!!! She is bad for business. I would never return or refer anyone especially why Tina is still employed. Her Mgr Trena was no better she was yelling at me over the phone. Neither could resolve issues inside store. Don't waste your time or money."

"This 1-star is 100% for Tina at this store. I've had two five-star experiences, in person, with another woman. She had a unique name, but I'm drawing a blank on what it was. I digress. I called today to make a couple of minor changes to my group's reservation, and Tina didn't even take the time to listen to what I needed. She said, "I have a customer here. I can't help you over the phone. You can try to call back when I don't have a customer or come into the store." She then proceeded to go on, unprompted, about why she couldn't help and how I was, essentially, inconveniencing her. She said all of this in the worst possible tone, and actually took a longer time telling me why she couldn't help, than it would have taken for her to simply make the change. I'd have been fine being placed on hold, but I ended up hanging up the phone after about a minute of her ranting about why she wouldn't help me, while I said nothing outside of, "Hi, can you help me with a reservation change?" VERY off putting and uncomfortable. I ended up calling the Florence Kentucky location and that guy was extremely helpful. My call log was about 1 minute, 32 seconds and we were done."

"Staff clearly didn’t want to do anything today. I walk in to the person greeting me complaining and yelling about not being able to use the tablet. Every question they ask was them trying to get out of helping me (oh we can’t look anything up without his full name and number, oh he has bought so many things from us there is no way to know what suit it is, oh well if it’s that suit we don’t have the fabric now so we can’t even measure you) and when I had an answer to the question they immediately would move on to the next excuse to why they couldn’t help. I’ve never been to a place with less helpful and less friendly staff."
