"I was very impressed with all of the people showing me where to go, this was my first time being there. Dr. Han and his assistant were awesome. They listened to everything I said and Dr Han explained everything to me and gave me choices on procedures. My husband was also impressed with Dr Han and staff. When you are told there is an issue with your pancreas you start to worry. I felt much better after talking to Dr. Han I had no waiting time either. Thank you!!"
"The appointment was a comfortable meeting and allowed me to ask questions about the next steps in my treatment. Knowing I have a team of professionals who care, makes a world of difference."
"I can not express how please we are that we came to the OSU/Wexner Pancreas Clinic! Everyone was first class from the moment we walked through the door. Dr. Han was incredibly thoughtful and listened intently to our concerns. I highly recommend the clinic & Dr. Han."
"I will recommend anyone to OSU. It may seem so big that it won’t feel like that small town doctor/patient relationship . I assure you that you will not feel like a “number”. Every doctor I’ve had to see regularly (GI specialist, primary, ENT and spine specialist) comes in not just knowing my name from the chart but remembers me. They have always come in knowing my why I’m seeing them. They read your chart before seeing you. I don’t mean skimming it quickly, I mean reading it. If I call needing to see the doctor the same day I see an actual doctor (even if it’s not my regular doctor due to absence). If I go to one of the same day care clinics (if I thought I had an ear infection for example) instead of my doctor I see a CNP. The CNP comes in knowing my name, my history and why I’m there. My mom, who sees a doctor in Marion, calls her doctor’s office and may or may not get in to see said doctor/PA the same day. She cannot remember the last time she saw her primary doctor because she is always scheduled with a PA. If she wants to see the doctor it takes a few months to get an appointment. The PA is nice and knowledgeable as I’ve met her but there are things my mom would feel more comfortable seeing the doctor for. I don’t have that issue at OSU Wexner medical centers/doctor’s offices."
"Great people. Very helpful, explained everything at a level that could be understood. I'd go back in a heart beat...wait I am! Great facilities, new, clean."
