"My son and I just moved to the area, a couple months ago. My tooth cracked, and I have received insurance through my new job. I called Green Valley Dental a week prior to my appointment they set. Desiree when I first called, I asked if they were allowing new patients. She said it depends on the insurance, I gave her my ssn and information. She set the appointment a week out, I totally understand not my frist time setting a dentist appointment for my son and I. . She let me know if there was any issue with my insurance she would contact me. . So Monday the 15th was our appointment. My son age 14 and I. Day of, I get my son out of school early we're getting ready for the appointment. . I had received a missed call from them the doctor's appointment with desiree on that day, Wondering if we could come in earlier. We were actually on our way already. . Things turned south when we showed up,. When we were showed up , I was greeted with the basic paperwork for my son and I which is not uncommon. . While I was filling out the paperwork my son was explaining to me(after we left) that the two ladies in the front office were talking about sexual stuff. . I wasn't really paying attention fillingout paperwork. . Plus both the lady's really didn't seem to actually care about new patients. . Not to mention when they called me earlier their phone number registered as a scam call. . Then one of the ladies explained to me that my insurance expired last march. . Which is completely impossible because I wasn't even in the city last march. . Personally I was feeling completely uncomfortable, They made it seem like I didn't know what I was doing in that situation. So my son and I left and we are proceeding to get our dental work elsewhere which is our right. . I'm just letting people know especially if you have families it doesn't seem like a family oriented place and that's a shame. . I was super excited to actually have a dentist appointment with my son together. . But definitely letting everyone know my experience. 0/5 stars"
