"I have been in several Barnes & Nobles throughout my 28 years of life, and this one is by far the most cared for I have ever had the pleasure of walking into. As someone who loves books and works retail, I can tell how much the employees care and respect their jobs and their store. The apparel is folded neatly at all times, their books are beautifully organized, the floors still have minor evidence of being swept and mopped, the employees are so patient and even when they are busy they still seem genuinely happy to see you come in. It is a perfect merger of a college supply store, bookstore, and a coffee shop. I would highly reccomend this place, even to those who are not students. It is subtly classy, quiet, family and business friendly, as well as having a very supportive and clearly hardworking staff. If you have the time, I would visit even if just for a quiet place to think, or enjoy a good Boba!"
"Its very nice and clean BUT they trick you with a sign that says ENTIRE t-shirt stock buy one get one 50% off. So I bought 4 shirts from clearance and the $8.50 rack and a regular shirt. When I was walking out the store I was looking over my receipt and there is no discount. I went back but the doors were locked because we went there right after our campus tour. The ladies came to the door to ask if we needed anything and I explained I didn't get my discounts. They then tell you it doesnt apply to the clearance or $8.50 rack which is not stated on the sign. We were there right at close on a Friday and had to leave town early Sat. So I couldn't return the shirts or discuss the matter further with anyone. That's a very deceptive way of getting people to purchase a lot of shirts."
