Dunkin'

"By far the nastiest coffee I have ever had, I ordered a carmal iced coffee and they gave me a regular coffee it's nasty, I will never return back to this location ever again, they need to listen to the customer when they are ordering and stop playing around behind the counter, the worst service ever at this location. I wasted my money I had to throw it away since they refused to make it right even though it was the employees mistake, stop playing around while u work and listen to the customers, how hard is that, we don't waste your money so why are u wasting our money?"

"Love going in and everyone being kind. When they are short staffed and seem things are slower , they do there best to get your order as fast as they can. My favorite Dunkin, they get my coffee perfect and today’s hot food was delicious. My favorite place to stop before games, work, and outings. Thanks Dunkin crew."

"I get my coffee and bagel sandwich here 2 or 3 times a week. This place used to be fast in the mornings thru the drive thru as I usually get there at 7am. For the past month they are taking forever to get orders out the window to people. My bagel has been practically burnt, way over toasted. This morning I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, mind you there were only 3 cars in front of me, and then at the window for another 5 minutes while my order was sitting there along with 8 other coffees and 6 food bag orders. Idk what is going on but they need to figure this out or get someone specifically for the window only cuz this is getting ridiculous."

"I actually order from here often. However, a couple evenings ago, I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich & they made the bacon crispy-- just as I prefer my bacon. Nicely done, guys!"

"Terrible Customer Service. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes with one car in front of me. Drive thru staff member cussing as he's prepares drinks. Saying g, where the hell is the second shift at. I'm passed off today. Grabs my bank card from my hand. Just awful. Do better!"
