"The other day I went through the drive thru. The experience occurred around dinnertime and there were perhaps 4 cars ahead of me. From the time I arrived until the time I left with food took nearly 25 minutes. On the plus side the food was fresh and hot and good, but the wait was ridiculous. I decided to try again a couple days later and when I got to the order area there were a bunch of signs on the board in which they were virtually out of everything on the special’s menu and shakes. They were waiting for the ordered food to arrive. WHAT? Who's doing the ordering? In fact, who is running this place? All I can say is if you're going to use this Arby's, do so only when you have a lot of time and patience."

"Way too expensive! Remember the days of four roast beef sandwiches for $5 or three cheddar for $5. I know EVERYTHING is going up but your food just isn't worth it!"

"My family has had to separate awful experiences today’s experience my husband goes to get lunch because he left his in the fridge He goes in after tasting the Philly cheesesteak sandwich that they’re selling figures. It looks good it’s new wood taste good it was super salty. He described it as it was so salty. It could melt snow. He wouldn’t even bring the sandwich home to feed to our pitbull‘s because of the saltiness of it, he thought it could make them sick. We’re family who doesn’t waste anything they are rude they will not make you something different. They will only sell you the same nasty garbage that they made you in the beginning."

"3 employees standing outside. Finally get to place order. Ordered a large double roast beef meal and a beef & cheddar. Did not ask what to drink. Get to the window, the only worker inside, hands our bag of food. She never gave a thought to giving us our drink and we had to ask. She had ZERO personality and acted annoyed we wanted our drink. WORST MEAL EVER! First, it was a Double Roast Beef sandwich ordered, with Large drink & fries. The sandwich was just a regular, and so were the fries and drink. The roast beef in both sandwiches was not even luke warm and the bun stale! Been sitting on counter for hours? The fries were cold and hard. Nowhere close to having recently been cooked. Nothing is cheap anymore, including Arby's. It's a shame we paid far too much for something we had to put in the garbage. I wouldn't even say that anything deserved even 1 star."
