"Went through the drive through and the gentleman that was working the window was so pleasant and thoughtful. The cup was dirty, so he let me know that he was going to put another cup over it - I appreciated that so much because I've been handed sticky cups before (and I don't drink sticky chocolate drinks) and it's so messy. Great experience and my drink was perfect!"
