"Staff weren't working together so service was haphazard. Floor was very dirty"
"I hadn’t had Einseins in forever! They don’t have them where I live now. I was excited to stop by and I was quickly disappointed. The location didn’t have working fountain drinks so you were pretty limited on how you’d wash this dry sandwich down.. The quality is totally mass produced feeling and messy as can be. Service was nice and they apologized for the lack of drinks, can’t blame them for bad management. All in all, I have no real issue with this location, I’d bet it’s all of them degrading quality for a buck."
"Good bagels, a terrible ambience. Apparently, there are no chairs or tables still due to Covid. So this is a carry out only or sit outside when the weather permits."
"Let’s not even discuss food or service quality. We need to go straight to cleanliness, heath, and safety. I’ve provide pictures of things that look like they probably have not been wiped since they opened. This is something that can easily be done once a month. In all seriousness, when I looked up, a dust bunny fell on my face. This tells me it’s probably falling in your food. I would steer clear of here, especially if you care about your well being."
