He treated and talked a way that made me feel like we’ve known each other for years. I learned so much about how a suit should fit and it was an overall great experience I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Amanda and Sam were also great helps with making me feel comfortable."

"Horrible customer service. I went in there with a scheduled appointment and the employee was not helpful at all. It was a waste of my time and will not be making a purchase from this company after this experience. After reading some of the other reviews with the same bad experience, it may be about time that MW train these employees on how to provide good customer service and the lasting value that it holds."
"Would not recommend showing up within an hour of them closing. I walked around for 20 minutes without either employee offering to help me. The girl with the blacked out sleeve tattoos looked annoyed at the fact that I was even there. I helped myself to the dressing room. After telling the other gentleman that the collar didn't fit on one shirt, I was hoping he would help me get measured to see what size I should even be looking for. Instead he told me that they open at 10 AM tomorrow. Kinda blew my mind. If your employees don't want to work past 8, close at 8 instead of 9. I still kinda can't believe that just happened."
"We went to see if we could find a suit for my brother who is short and has a belly the manager in the store was wonderful with him ! Got him a great pair of pants,a vest suit jacket shirt and tie all for $200 !!! They will call 2 weeks before the wedding to see how it fits and then will go from there.she was the only working in the store and waited on us and 4-5 more people all by herself. What a great worker she was .I hope her company knows that they don't have a lot of people like that in the world!"
