"Found everything I wanted except a few items. I rated Sam's Club 5 star excellent place to shop EXCEPT l don't like their bill paying system. Use to be you would go to Returns and wait in a short line and pay your bill. Quick and easy. Now l can't imagine why but you have to pay at checkout. Whose ever idea that was should rethink it. I came in the store, looked over at Returns and there was one person in line. I went and did my shopping and waited for several people to check out. With all that was going on at check out l forgot to pay my bill. This wasn't the first time and I've talked to others that have done the same thing. I would think management would like to process customers out as quick and convenient as possible. Change it back to the way it was or give me a good reason why you don't. What are you thinking ?"
