"I had a lovely sales personTiana, she took her time and really made me feel comfortable and helped me so much! I left with a bra I love. She deserves a raise and was the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile. I could have done without her managers side comments (seemed a bit negative towards the sales associates, was nice to me and other customers but didn’t seem to treat her employees that great)but besides that a lovely visit."

"Love this place. It was about time for a refitting for a bra and what a difference. I got some great fitting bras with the help of a super staff. Also got functional sexy bras too! Going back for more soon. Can't wait to get some sleep wear."

"Very rude staff at Summit Mall location, they don't even greet you when you come on. Two employees were standing at the register going through merchandise; the younger woman looked up while the older woman continued looking down. I came in to buy new Soma bras because the wires came out within 3 months, but the lift was amazing and I wanted to give Soma another try. I was trying on bras, and another customer needed the same size so the older employee knocked on my door to ask if I was finished with the bra because someone else wanted to try it on. She took it directly to the other customer's dressing room; I could hear the conversation. I was mortified to say the least. I know you can wash your skin and wash new clothing before wearing after purchasing, but my point is to blatantly transfer any clothing, especially an intimate item between customers is not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination. I left the store without purchasing a single item. Of course they both said have a good day on my way out. The customer service is as bad as the product."
