"This goodwill was excellent, the employees were very friendly, or the one employee wasn’t very helpful… They more or less just didn’t know how to answer my question. Really nice and open set up, very clean! This was my first time being in this particular goodwill, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness & customer service"
"So disappointed!!! This past Saturday, I drove completely out of my way to check out the Orrville Goodwill because the website said you were open until 8pm. Only to discover that once I got there, the store closes at 5pm every Saturday!!!! It would be great if you could update your site with the correct closing time for Saturday so someone else doesn’t waste their time and gas due to one of your errors!!!"
"I have donated here several times and just went inside to see how it was because the outside is so nice. I was pleasantly surprised. This is the absolute nicest goodwill I have been in and not to mention, the cleanest. Usually you can tell by the smell you are in a goodwill, but this one you cannot. Way to provide a good clean space for people to shop. I was impressed."
