"placing a mobile order that says it will be ready at 9:08 and not receiving it until almost 9:30 is not acceptable. i know i can’t blame them for making me late to work, but i budgeted 30 minutes of time which i figured would be plenty to pick up my drink. it was not, because the drive through line moved one car about every 5-6 minutes. plus, when i finally got my drink and food, it had clearly been sitting out for 20+ minutes because my food was fully cold, like it had never been warmed, and my drink was melted. definitely not worth $10 and a 30 minute wait."
"I mobile ordered a dragon fruit with lemonade and when I went to the drive thru it was only lemonade. And when I asked what’s that she said oh sorry we ran out of dragon fruit but it still taste the same. Like no it doesn’t it’s a very expensive drink and if it’s sold out they should have said sold out and not allows us to buy it this is the second time. I want my money back. I can’t believe I spent that much for just lemonade"
