"The customer service was horrible. The store closes at 7pm. I arrived at 6:48pm and the door was locked. I was picking up a package and wanted to get something for 50% off for picking up my package. The worker was rude. She they was short staff and had to prepare to close. It was 2 people working in the store. I will find another Lane Bryant to go to."
