"It pains me to give them three stars because I can really go into Burlington and find some dope clothes to either create or complete a look. The Problem is they aren't often sticked the way they need to be. In addition the bathrooms aren't always the cleanest. When they do have it together though, it can be a wonderful shopping experiences. 3.5 stars. I know their are no halves but 3.5!"
