"This place has an old diner feel and but with a modern look to it. The servers are always friendly and helpful. If you want any kind of substitution, within reason, they're always willing to ask the kitchen staff and majority of the time they can do it. I can honestly say I've never had bad food here. It's always been hot and fresh. I love love love their Cowboy Burger and their breakfast quesadilla. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because even at breakfast, with hardly any customers around, there's no gettin in and out of the place in under 40 minutes. If you want this on your lunch break, order ahead for carryout!"

"I love the friendly staff, fast service and the food is great. If you're in town during the Farmers Market I recommend stopping in for a bite. It will give you a chance to enjoy the Farmers Market and yourself. While you dine looking out the window seating at all of the wonderful vendors and visitors. I enjoy and recommend the Rum Custard French Toast. I simply enjoy The Local Eatery. I can't wait to stop back in."
