"The donuts weren't very fresh, but then they rarely are. Coffee was good. I ordered the Avocado toast with bacon for my breakfast. There is nothing good I can say about it. The toast was overdone and dry, the bacon was so minimal that I am amazed they charge extra for it. The Avocado part, like nothing I have ever eaten, and I don't mean that in a good way. It was sour and tasteless. Never again!"
"Waited 45 minutes for a black coffee. Filled everyone's order that came in behind me. Not until I asked if they had to grow and grind their dam beans before I get my coffee. 6 people working there, but you can't get even mediocre service. Fire them all and start over. Give an IQ test before hiring. It really is needed."
"Their coffee and breakfast begals are my favorite, especially for the price! But what's better than cheap? FREE! Their computers were down when my son and I ordered and they gave us our coffee for free! That's customer service!"
"Service in the lobby is always slow. Breakfast sandwiches and my drink (hot chocolate) come out a long time apart, even when there are no other customers in line in the store. The hot chocolate was warm and the outside of my cup had spillage on it that nobody bothered to wipe. Each of the tables regularly are dirty and need wiping down."
