"Two part review. 1. I respect what goodwill does and stands for. I've donated my share of odds and ends to aid in the stores mission. I've also spent my share as well (can be kind of pricey). Overall this store in particular can be a hit or miss with product. But I enjoy shopping and searching for random things. 5 stars Although, after the most recent ordeal with this particular store I may never return again. 2. Staff is at times less than sociable. Could go as far as saying unapproachable due to demeanor and lack of any sort of will to do their job. But this didnt necessarily deter me from going there. The most recent outing left a sour taste with how rude and downright disrespectful one employee was. So be careful when shopping here, don't ask questions, mind your surroundings and pray they don't hate you when you walk through the door. 0 stars This doesn't exactly equal out, but the treatment I recieved from this store was down right unprofessional"
"Store is clean and organized. Prices a little high. Shopped there today and needed to use restroom. Employee, Carol, stated 'she' doesn't allow us to open it. Poor customer service that you can't use bathroom while shopping in the store."
"Not a huge goodwill, limited selection... Staff is helpful but hard to find. Had to wait at the counter for somebody to ring me out... They had an eggplant shaped vase marked $50... Must be some kind of artwork for rich people... I bought a ninja turtle toy for 53 cents."
