"A lot of employees here just standing around doing nothing. A lot of the time. Cups are never filled, if I’m paying $8.95 for a coffee I would love for it to be more than half full. Takes about 15-25 minutes for a coffee even if ordered ahead online. There used to be a manager here I loved who was always positive and kept the pace moving but I haven’t seen him in a while and the store is definitely struggling without him."

"came through the other day with my mom and sister, both are esl. the guy running the front taking orders, his name was jake, was so sweet with them! they had to take some extra time do to the language barrier, but jake was so accommodating. after he finished taking their orders, my mom gave him her number and taught him how to say starbucks in portuguese, and he was so excited that he did the fortnite victory royale dance and taught my mom and sister the griddy."

"Got a grande coffee. Opened it up and this is how much coffee was in it. It was mobile ordered so cream and sugar were already added. It’s not like they tried to ‘leave room’. I guess I should have only paid for a tall."
