"This store is great. The quality of the merchandise, however, is disappointing. For the price, their clothes should last. Every long sleeve tshirt I've bought from Vineyard Vines gets little holes in the front after a few wears. The shorts fade fast & get holes near the pockets. The styles are current & attractive, but you just don't get what you pay for with this brand"
"I got two oversized long-sleeved signature shirts with the whale and I absolutely LOVED them! The customer service was a bit tense at first, but it loosened up. I will continue to buy more of their clothes as they are super cute."
"I was completely disappointed with the two employees today. The two employees, one was named Maria, the other was a male and I didn’t catch his name, followed us around the store. The store is very small so it was very noticeable. The woman came around two of my boys and followed their exact path twice checking the items they had touched and looked at. While the male followed me and my other son. My son had set a drink on the table to look at a shirt, immediately the woman came and said “who’s is this” acting as if she didn’t see my son set it down. The man then started to follow my other two, I had a feeling he was going to say something and sure he did. He told them to quit touching the table. At that point I had , I told my children we were leaving, as I started to walk I said to the lady “ thanks for making us feel welcomed”. She looked up and gave me a smirk. That was the moment I knew she did it on purpose. We are not white and I had an African American child with us (sons friend) . I rarely feel I am being discriminated against but I surely felt that way today and so did my oldest son. Will never shop there as long as those two employees work there ."
"Absolutely love this location. The quality of the clothing is reflected in the price, which may initially deter customers. However, the classic and preppy selection will intrigue you enough to give it a try! We love this store as the customer service is top-notch."
"Super cute clothes but the customer service stinks. I did get a friendly hi when I walked in but other than that the employees (5 just hanging out at the registers) were busy gushing about their private lives while I was wondering around clueless looking for performance yogas.... I gave up and went to Nordstrom. I have always had EXCELLENT service from my local Austin store in the Domain."
