"I always end up getting half or over half of the clothes back that are in good condition. I was also told by a person that’s works there that the clothes were being denied because lacked “style” and the clothes were “out of date.” I am not sure what that means, but I don’t bring in old nasty clothes to resell. I frequently resell here, but it hasn’t been my first choice recently, it is a waste of time driving to get the clothes I tried to resell back."

"It's great to be able to buy clothes and toys at such inexpensive prices and the staff have always been kind and helpful. My only gripe is that I don't think they check the electronic toys they buy because I bought 3 and two were defective and wouldn't even turn on. I returned them and exchanged one of them for an identical item since they had multiples...AND THE REPLACEMENT WOULDN'T WORK EITHER! It turned on but didn't function properly. The staff was very apologetic and was happy to let me pick out something else for the same price so at least it was easily resolved. So, I wouldn't buy electronics from them again and would caution others about it too but otherwise I'm very happy with my experience. All the other items I've purchased from them have been great"

"Got turned down for brand new kids clothes didn’t even attempt to look at the clothes. They are all washed cleaned not ripped or torn and none of them had stains on it they just didn’t want to do their job because it was an ex employee that brought them in. WOW Facebook marketplace here they come taking you’re business lol"

"I love Once Upon A Child! There are some of these stores that are just subpar but this one is great! I could’ve spent a lot more hours in here but when you have kids it gets hard. I love that everything is color coded. It makes matching up outfits a breeze. I spent $170 and was able to put together 17 outfits, 3 pairs of almost brand new shoes, a purse, and 5 toy items. I think they have fair prices and even better when you can get things on clearance. They have a 10 day return policy which also makes it nice for kids to try on the clothes and return if needed. The sales associates are super nice and helpful. I can’t wait to go back and get some more great deals."
