"You have no idea how much I value and appreciate good customer service. It's a rarity. Huge shout out to Cincy Apparel. We used them for a large t-shirt order recently. Chris was quick to respond to my inquiry, Kara shipped me out samples faster than Amazon Prime, they took our order on short notice and delivered 130 shirts by our deadline. He was great at helping with suggestions on what would look best for the amount of sweatshirt I needed and help make sure everything turned out great. The payment process was so easy. Before any transaction Chris made sure I was happy with the final design and material. At pick up I was so pleased with the final product. They looked exactly how I'd hope they would and the turn around was pretty fast (7 days). I will defiantly be doing business here again!"
