The way she interacted with me and the other customers made me feel truly special. She made a mistake with my checkout and called me as soon as she realized it. I came back and she made it all better and gave me a little bonus as an apology! The store has a lot of inventory! I was surprised at the plus size clothing options. Would definitely return to this Hot Topic, even though it's not the closest one to me!"

"The staff is always friendly here and greet you right away. Every time I have visited, the store has been well organized. Also I haven't had any issues with online store pickup orders being ready. One occasion they even helped order an item that wasn't in stock in the store and had it delivered to my house."
