"This store advertises on every rack right now , buy one , get next item 50% off. Nope!!! When you get to register it is “ oh sorry those aren’t in that group! Why ? It didn’t specify a “those”!!! They were all in the same area under the same sign. No where did it say. Denim only , no cords!!! Be certain your signs are not deceiving. They are here at Kenwood Mall! I’m done with PacSun!!"
"I love the clothes here, but I feel like the store could be a little more organized. I end up tearing clothes off of racks when trying to pick up one item. The associates are usually nice, but I sometimes notice some rude ones here and there."
"Rude store associates. Were not helpful with anything. Also wouldn’t let me in the store with a COVERED drink. What a joke, you’re in a mall. After I finished my drink and found something I wanted to try on; I was told that the fitting rooms are closed on weekends only, and if it didn’t fit I could always return it. I don’t want to make another trip to this store. Horrible service horrible policies. Overrated store. I’ll give my business elsewhere, and you should too!"
