"Went with my elderly grandmother to taker her for a makeover at clarin’s inside the macy’s store. The woman at counter told us she wasn’t doing makeovers today and we would have to come back another day. I told her we had driven a long way and it was the only day my grandmother could get out. She said a manager would come help me with my issue. A manager by the name of Mary came out and said no makeovers today. I explained the issue with coming back and she told me “if we don’t take our old N word out of her store she was gonna call the cops”. I couldn’t believe she use racist language on is for zero reason. If this is the thos of people you have representing your brand then you may want to reconsider your business model."

"It's pricey but selection is decent. They have a "Backstage" area which you should check out first as it's much cheaper and same quality but things change daily."
