"I like their clothes and they have stylish options, but the music creates an environment that is painful to be in. They blast the worst music I’ve ever heard in my life and it ruined the shopping experience for me. Made me extremely stressed out and I wanted to almost gauge out my ears. This store is cramped and feels stuffy. Other than that I like the clothes they have. Please someone come up with a better playlist. I know you can do better."
"It is useless to have such a nice place in a prestigious mall like the Keenwood Mall if the staff that works in that place is so disrespectful and lacking in manners without saying that the inconsideration of the customers was lining up alone, literally there was no one else. but me to pay for more than 20 minutes and the employees went through the boxes and nobody was willing to collect in addition to the bad face they had, you can see the disorder inside the store including some friends of the workers visiting as if it were their house to the point that they had a party, and the unattended customers, it's sad that they don't have a manager to put order or control and improve the experience of buyer consumers. I'm sorry to have to write this but the truth is all this is very frustrating..!"
"i went here for black friday shopping because hollister used to be one of my favorite stores. i walk in, looked around for a bit, and went to walk out and stepped on a needle from a sensor just laying on the ground. it went through the shoe into my foot and i immediately asked for a manager and she asked if she could get me a bandaid and walked away as i was in tears from pain. her excuse was that "people are popping off security tags and she couldn't do anything about it" when i had just seen her employee doing tag and security tags in the exact same area. the situation was handled extremely poorly and my last words to her was check your floor. no one goes into a store with the intentions of getting a giant needle sunken into your foot. not walking in there again anytime soon. i am now worried about small children with the way there was multiple needles face up all over the floor. use caution when walking into this store."
