"So just call to see if they had an item in stock and was told they were to busy to check! I understand that people in retail are busy but she could had taken down my name and number and called me back. I have always really like this Jcrew but that is poor service. They need to step it up! If you give good service people will keep coming to your store but if you don’t they will stop. Jcrew is already filling bankruptcy they should be giving the best service possible!"
"All of the staff were were incredibly helpful and continually tried to make sure that we knew if we needed any help they would be happy to assist with anything. The selection was pretty expansive and my girlfriend was happy to find a nice dress here."
