The young lady named Jess was fantastic and helped us find exactly what we needed, while making us feel comfortable and most importantly making my daughter feel confident! She made sure to help us with fittings and to sanitize everything before and after we came to the counter. We will certainly be back!"

"Today, I went into Aerie with a specific bikini top in mind (size XL) I had scoped out online and was hoping to grab. I felt slightly overwhelmed upon walking in since there was a large variety of bikinis to sort through & the store was very busy. I asked the manager Andrea if she could help me find the style I needed in my size. She was extremely friendly & attentive, treating me as if I were the only customer in the store while still somehow managing to help all others w/o skipping a beat! Andrea went above & beyond for me - grabbing me a fitting room to try on a size L and when it didn't work out, taking the time to see if it was possible to have the XL shipped to me for free. She even ended up going in the back to check thru shipment, and sure enough, she found the only one they had in stock! I walked away both happy & impressed. As a customer who's worked in retail for 5+ years myself, I wanted to write a review about this amazing customer service experience so that Andrea receives recognition for all her hard work! I'll DEFINITELY be back to shop again in the future."

"First time shopping as a result of Jenna Kutcher becoming their latest #aeriereal model and loved my experience. I never previously entered because of being plus size and intimidated and assuming that the thought of there being anything above an incredibly small XL would be laughed at. I found numerous things in my size, and they fit true to size. It was an incredible experience that made me feel that the company cares about their customers.
