"I have always loved this place, but now since they have an associate that I have had issues with in the past, I went into the store today to try and sell a few bags that I have had for a few months well it was just my items were not even taking out of the bags that I had them in to be looked at or anything I mean it was just a total let down and I just feel totally discourage with clothes mentor now so sad cuz I love that place but today was just overall very heartbreaking to know that I have been doing business with this company for quite some time and they didn't even bother about checking out the items that I had today."
"The staff was nice, but to my surprise they offered to only buy a coat of mine.. a 100$ altered state like new jacket for 5.50… skipped over a like new lululemon align jacket, like brand new turquoise tooled leather purse (said it had scuffs) when that’s literally how it was made. A 400 Tory Burch purse that I would have been happy to get 40$ for they said no. It was just very very odd…. I don’t think I will ever shop there again as a lot of the items they had didn’t look very good as is. I felt as tho I was bringing in great items and I have excellent judgement so it was quiet odd. 1 star for the customer service. Very cheap business… and does not give what items are worth. You’ll have better luck on Facebook marketplace."

"I use to love this place. But now when I go into sell i get very discouraged. I get told my items don’t Match the style they are looking for. I don’t see how every time and anytime I take items here that could be every single time and every item?! What’s the point of having this option for customers if your going to give them everything back every time? This is my 2nd review on this. I drive 30 minutes one way to do business in cherry grove. So I can make some extra cash. However I can tell you that 100% In all the times I went to sell to them i have lost money! And it has been an absolute waste of time and a complete headache! I’m done doing business at clothes mentor! You will lose money and be embarrassed every time!!!!!"
