"Visited on Friday 12/8 @ 8:45pm. I wanted to thank the courageous female cashier who personally helped me that evening. I spoke with her after making my purchase about a man who was following me up from the TJ Max store where he was up in my face and stalking me, then caught up to me again in Nordstrom Rack. She didn't hesitate to say she would take care of it immediately. Her and a nice manager lady spoke with me briefly and assured me I wouldn't be followed by him back to my car. Thanks so much for caring, showing compassion and bravery. You definitely deserve to be recognized for your outstanding customer service skills and for doing the right thing for another person in need. THANK YOU!"
"Will not be shopping here any more! After spending 1000s of dollars here over the years. They won't take anything back worn even if there's something wrong with it, and they hire ignorant uneducated peasants to work at their store who wouldn't understand customer service if it smacked them in the face. Truly pitiful people working here. You just lost a loyal customer. I'll be calling corporate to remove my card and all my associated Nordstrom stuff. Bye!"
