"I had a really bad experience today at this Chicos- even worse than the horrible customer service at the Kenwood Mall Chico’s . I was browsing through the store , and a blond haired woman literally ran into me, looked at me , smiled and walked on. I assumed it was a customer until I heard her loudly greet another customer and welcomed her to Chico’s ! Now mind you , she NEVER asked me the same , or even identified herself as a clerk . So , I will have to remember not to go back there - apparently they have the same customer service training they give some of the clerks at the Kenwood store . But hey -it is ok , I walked on over to Talbots - they were extraordinary there !"
"I am a petite size (I am short), and the store at Rookwood had no selection to offer petites. I was told that I could find petites at the Chico's in (I think they said ) Anderson. I don't like to drive all over the metro area when shopping. This just makes it easier for me to order what I like from their website."
