"I do not recommend it, The store is a complete mess, I would rather shop from a thrift store than from this Burlington. This store is nearly a year and looks like a disaster.I guarantee You will never find whatever you're looking for, the products are damaged and/or have missing part. I was so excited when they first announced they are opening a Burlington but what a disappointment. I Will never go again!"

"This location isn't even a year old yet and their isles are cluttered, narrow and unorganized. I'm so sad they shut the ridge Ave location down because it was so much better than this one. Employees were nice, but the store is a disaster. Nothing against them, but it gives me thrift store vibes. It needs to be organized and better clothes ordered. Probably not going to return for a while, give it a chance to do better"
"0/10 Do not recommend. Store is a raggedy mess, entry and exit doors are mismatched and they lock customers in on any given day. The products are damaged, knockoffs and used and placed back on sale for what you would consider MSRP. Most Burlingtons are bad but this is one of the newer locations and it is in fact probably the worst. I give them until their lease is up before it’s closed. Save yourself a trip."
"If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This location opened about a month ago, there are still 2 single employees that are employed here. If you find something you want to purchase expect to stand in line at least 30minutes to an hour. They have one cashier at the front ringing customers. Nothing against this woman, because she’s doing the best she can, but she’s an elderly lady and she does not move the fastest. Other employees just stand around by the front watching the line lengthen as they are “ensuring costumer’s are not stealing.” Not only does the prolong the line, this laziness and unpreparedness causes frustrating experiences for the costumer. This location should have never opened if they don’t even have the staff to run the store properly. The manager is NOT helpful at all. She didn’t care about me voicing my concerns. She just hung up on me."
