Outstanding customer service with a pleasant, warm, friendliness that would make any company proud. Wonderful woman!"

"I went in to pick up an order for my fiancé and the worker told me I wasn’t allowed to pick up an order for someone else. I understand the policy but the way she did was very rude. Looked me up and down and told me and can’t be the one picking up the order if I didn’t order it. Very rude worker who seemed like she was in a management position but definitely should not be."

"Before today, I have never been to Old Navy, and neither had my husband. I've known several people who swore by them, but their clothes always looked boring to me. We decided to go to this one to check out the sales and selection. First of all, most of their prices are phenomenal. My husband got a v-neck T-shirt for $10--full price, not on sale--and another on clearance for less than $3. I still found most of the women's clothes/styles quite boring, but I did check out the jean shorts and athletic clothes. Some great deals to be found here, although other products had comparable prices to other stores ($30-40 full price for athletic pants, for example). The store is aesthetically pleasing but also a little confusing for newcomers; I had trouble figuring out if there was a junior's section or if it was still a part of the women's section. It didn't seem to be clearly marked. The clearance racks were quite cluttered and unorganized, but most of the deals found on them were good. I wish they had men's wallets; they did have belts, so it was a bit weird no wallets were close by. A sweet woman by the name of Camryn checked us out, and she went above and beyond to explain their rewards program, which we did sign up for. She also mentioned their credit card and its benefits without being pushy. It's definitely an option for us is we find ourselves coming back often enough, but I didn't apply for one quite yet. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this Old Navy and in some cases it even impressed me. I'd recommend it if you're looking for clothes that are a decent quality without breaking the bank."

"I have shopped with old navy for years. I was very excited when they opened this location, and went in today for the first time. One employee in particular harassed me around the entire store. I am a smaller person, and I do wear a mask but it does slide down my face. I kept pulling it up, but she still continued to stare & follow me. I seen other customers who had it below their nose, and even another employee with her mask down. But being a smaller person, I was targeted. I respect the mask policies, and I do my best to keep it up. This woman was incredibly rude and very harassing. Don’t shop at this old navy!"
