"I seen some one post this review this is so true to the fullest !! I have social anxiety and I'm always indecisive and this blonde lady who works there followed me around while I was shopping until I had to say somthing and say to her if you wanna search me than do it and she gave me a wierd look and walked away and 5 mins later she was following me again I understand the policy BUT YOU GUYS NEED TO GET AHOLD OF THIS never shopping at this sorry excuse of an establishment again. great place to go if you’re into being followed (more so stalked), harassed, and/or targeted by the employees and security staff. i have never felt so uncomfortable and so unwelcomed at a store in my life!! i understand they are trying to do their job to combat the assumed large amount of shoplifters, but to harass someone who is very clearly just trying to shop is disgusting. good job at scaring away a loyal customer who has been shopping here for years without incident — yikes. i will be taking my business elsewhere."
"Fast, professional and friendly employees keep the return lines moving. Same in long check out lines. Especially during the busy seasons. Access to Amazon returns and in store pickups you are always greeted by pleasant employees offering to assist you. I never leave the Western Hill store disappointed."

"Pretty good Kohls location! I love that I can return my amazon stuff here and then get a coupon to go shopping. I almost always am going there when I already needed something anyway so its very convenient! Its always very clean and they have been decorating for Christmas and its very cute and not hard to get around. The one door is currently not working but I don't imagine that will be a forever thing."
