"My kid was saving money to buy an item they had here and I paid the difference so he could get it sooner. It didn't last 2 weeks and was fried. I understand things that are 40 years old can't be expected to be perfect, and never asked for a replacement or refund. I did ask if there was anything they could do to help out on the cost if I bought a replacement from them, which they're not in any way obligated to do. I understand if they can't but was really hopeful since it wasn't exactly cheap. Was told they may be able to, but would get ahold of me and let me know for sure. Never heard back, meanwhile I had a heartbroken kid that basically threw his money away. Bought a replacement system somewhere else and won't under any circumstances be back in this place."
