Starbucks

"I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years. It’s convenient to me because i live very close to it. It’s let me down sooo many times. The coffee is so inconsistent here. I’ve been saying for so long i’m going to quit going to this starbucks because they’re always letting me down. The baristas there also have bad attitudes. I get it, i used to work at starbucks, and i’ve worked in the service industry for 10+ years. Come on though… people are paying $7+ for coffee. This was my “Venti” latte today. The last straw. smh."

"I attempted to order 4 times but the girls working were unresponsive and very slow. I talked to 2 other customers who also walked away."

"I liked it. I generally rate franchises like this as 4 stars unless they are noticeably exceptional for one of its type, or awful if not so great. This franchise was everything you'd expect from a Starbucks - friendly staff, good location, food prep and presentation typical Starbuck's, clean and well maintained. Recommended if looking for a Starbuck's pit stop."

"So I have held off rating and writing a review on this certain location because I wanted to give them a 3rd chance since my 1st & 2nd was not good. And neither was my 3rd! The drink was poorly made/mixed and tasted absolutely horrible! It does not make me happy to throw away a $5 dollar coffee but I did. The customer service was just as bad. I do not appreciate snobbing or rude service and nor would I put up with it either! I do not recommend this location or will be wasting my time and money there ever again."

"I usually never have a problem with this Starbucks. However, the Barista this morning was very rude. I went back to the counter after shopping around in Target for a few minutes. Reason being, my pumpkin spice tasted like pure espresso, with the smallest hint of spice. I took a drink 4 different times to make sure I wasn't imagining it. I normally LOVE this latte, I've had it like 6 times already this season at several different locations, and they all tasted amazing. I politely asked for some more pumpkin if possible. She proceeds to ask if I normally like it doubled. I said I never order it that way. She proceeds to then tell me my taste buds are off and makes fun of me in front of the other customers. I'm assuming because she thought I was making her look bad, which wasn't my intention. I just wanted my favorite drink because I was having a bad morning, and I wanted it right because I paid almost $5 for it. Super disappointing. Apparently she has a major pride issue because we had joked and laughed previously when I first got the drink. There was no need to be ugly."
